North Georgia Bully Club was formed in May 2011. We are a group of individuals and kennels that are dedicated to changing the negativity that surrounds the American Pitbull Terrier /American Bully. We all have these wonderful dogs in our homes and hearts!!! We invite anyone that loves the breed and wants to better the image of the pitbull to the American public, to join our club and join in on all the positive activities that we do as a club. You don't have to be a breeder to join this club, but breeders that agree with our code of ethics are very welcome to become a part of what we are doing.
North Georgia Bully Club Code of Ethics
All members of NGBC will strive to follow the Code of Ethics to the best of their ability.
1. Will at all times be a responsible breeder and help educate all potential owners.
2. Breedings shall only take place when in the best interest of the dog .
3. All Breeding should be with the intention of advancing the breed, and will only be done with healthy dogs with no issues that can be passed to their puppies..
4. Adequate research of both dogs to be involved in the breeding should be performed.
5. No breeding shall occur until both dogs are physically mature.
6. No dog with a defect considered serious or disqualifying should be bred at any time. Any puppy born with such defect will be sold with requirement of spay or neuter.
7. Puppies will be sold with descretion and never sold for illegal purposes of any kind.
8. All dogs in my care will be provided adequate care and shelter.
9. I will act sportsmanlike in all shows and always respect the competition.
10. I will be respectful of the show venue, will never leave it in any condition than how it was found and will clean up after my dog at all times.
11. No dog without appropriate shots should be brought to the shows.
12. No dog considered aggressive toward humans and/or other dogs is to be brought to the show.
NGBC Members will ALWAYS stand behind their puppies health and will always do the RIGHT thing with any issues involving puppies that we sell. I understand that I can be removed from the club if I am not a RESPONSIBLE BREEDER.
